People who try to lose weight or maintain a healthy weight, eat food with a limited amount of groceries. This diet is difficult to maintain in the long run and therefore they over time re-gain weight. On the other hand, people who maintain a healthy weight without sacrificing represent an inexhaustible source of information for experts.

 VTI Technical Reaserch Centre from Finland studied the dietary habits of 147 healthy people with healthy weight over four months. Researchers led by Dr. Anna-Lena Vuorien found that healthy people usually for breakfast eat three kinds of groceries.

The fruit was the most popular choice by 51 percent of respondents were eating dairy products by 41 percent, while the consumption of cereal or muesli with cold milk was the choice of 33 percent of respondents.
