1. Drink green tea.

2. Get plenty of fiber in your diet.
Fiber is needed to break down food and aid your digestive system’s work. It also helps you feel full longer. Eat more whole wheat foods, fruit, oatmeal, kale and spinach.
3. Get more exercise.
Hey, I said you wouldn’t have to run a mile. That doesn’t mean I don’t expect you to walk, hike, swim, and lift weights! Exercising for at least 20 minutes creates a great metabolism spike and leads to more calories being burned throughout the day.
