Why am I doing this?

I came by a report saying that an average American comes with four hours of free time every day.

They are not spending the day rationally. These four hours are spent for watching a TV, sitting and doing nothing, scrolling up & down on the social media, etc.

The numbers are worse when you take a look at an average American mother. They come equipped with 36 minutes of free time every day.

But you know what? – That’s not an excuse.

Even when you don’t have time to hit the gym and take care of your health, there are certain things you can do like working out at home.
