1. Avocado and Wheat Grass pack
The use of avocados has been highly recognized by skin care professionals. Almonds have the ability to naturally moisturize your skin. They are also rich in proteins that are good for your skin. Kiwi is used to reduce stress hormones and give a natural glow to your skin. Combined they make a great pack. Use a handful of soaked almonds and a cup of kiwi. Add milk to this mixture Rinse with cool water after 15 minutes.
4. Banana and Raw Milk pack
Bananas are rich in vitamin A, B, C, B-6 and E. This is something that cannot be ignored by women. They prevent age spots from forming. Milk also hydrates and replenishes your skin. Together they make a great pack. Mix them together with a tablespoon of cream; apply evenly across your face for 15 minutes. Add honey if you wish to keep hydrated and smooth.
5. Oatmeal, Tomato and Curd mask
Oatmeal can be used as an anti-inflammatory as well as help with cellular damage. Tomato’s can be used as a natural sunscreen, and curd is a cooling remedy for tanned skin. Combined they make a great skin mask. Blend equal amounts of each together to make a paste. Apply to your face for 15-20 minutes, and then wash it off.
6. Rice Water, Curd and Rosewater pack
Rice water treats blemishes, wrinkles and pigmentation. Curd is a natural skin cleanser as well, and helps reduce acne. Rose water softens skin and gives it a natural glow. Use uncooked rice flour and mix it with curd and rosewater. Apply to your face and gently massage in a circular motion for about 20-30 minutes.Each of these homemade skin masks can be used to reduce the look of aging.
