This is the plan:

For snack: One apple or peach and five plums;

For lunch: Bowl of cucumber salad and one piece of toast;

For snack: Cucumber shake;

For dinner: 300 grams of any kind of fruit you like;

This is how you can make a cucumber salad:

-400 grams of cucumbers;
-200 milliliters of yogurt or sour milk;
-onion;
-pinch of salt

Peel the cucumber and cut it into slices. Add the salt and mix. Then, add the onion and sour milk and mix gently.
