Exam stress, when it becomes extreme, can manifest itself in different ways like elevated heartbeat, shivering, fever, insomnia etc. However, exams are an inevitable part of education. It is therefore essential to handle this stress before it hampers your productivity.

Have a Plan: This is crucial. Timetables are your best friend. Buddy up with a friend to keep you on target. Give your timetable to your parent to hold yourself accountable.

Stick the timetable on your wall or cupboard so that it is a constant reminder of what you need to do.
