Amazing Japanese rice mask recipe

Needed ingredients:

3 tablespoons rice,
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon milk

Way of preparation:

First boil the rice and strain it. Keep the water in which you boiled the rice. Strong antioxidant properties of the rice water hydrate the skin, boost blood circulation, and remove wrinkles and lower inflammation.

You can prepare a mixture from one tablespoon of warm milk, rice and a spoonful of honey. It works wonders on your skin.

Use:

First, clean your skin, and then apply the mask and let it dry. Wash you face with the rice water (the water in which you boil the rice). Repeat this procedure once a week and will be amazed with the obtained results.
