-Use the stairs
-Park a bit further than the place you need to get to, and walk
— Do not take the bus or taxi and walk to work
-Walk your children to school
-Find a friend to make you company and walk together in the evenings
Remember to start slowly, and gradually increase the duration of your walks. Studies have shown that it is the best and easiest way to lose weight without following strict diets and avoid yo-yo effects.
