  1. Little Bit Extra Cream

This amazing cream contains notable pain reducers ginger and turmeric, as well as cayenne.

Ingredients:

–         A double boiler

–         2 tbsp of ground ginger

–         3 tbsp of turmeric

–         ½ cup of beeswax

–         3 tbsp of ground cayenne

–         3 cups of grapeseed oil or olive, jojoba or almond oil

Instructions:

Make a mixture between 3 tbsp of ground ginger, 3 tbsp of turmeric and 3 tbsp of ground cayenne. Add the oil to this mixture, place everything in a double boiler and mix until mixed completely. Heat it for 10 min and then add ½ cup of beeswax. Mix until everything is melted completely especially the beeswax and then remove the mixture from the heat and place it in the fridge for 10 min. After that, take it out, whisk it together and place it again for additional 10 min in a fridge and at the end, blend it once more. Pour it in a glass jar and store it in the fridge where it will keep for 10 days. Rub in as much as you can with this cream and then let it dry before wash it off.

  1. Super Strength Cream    

This cream is super strength because the hotter peppers contain larger amounts of capsaicin.

Ingredients:

–         A glass jar with tightly fitting lid

–         A double boiler

–         Gloves

–         4 cups of grapeseed oil or olive, jojoba or almond oil

–         4 tbsp of Habanero powder

–         A cup of beeswax

Instructions:

Make a mixture between 4 cups of the oil and 4 tbsp of Habanero powder in a double boiler. Place the mixture over medium heat for 5-10 min. Melt 1 cup of beeswax into the mixture after it‘s warmed and mix until you get homogenous mass. Place it in the fridge for 10 min and then whisk together. Place it again for another 10 min in the fridge and then whip together once more before you putting the mixture into glass container and store it in the fridge. If any irritation occurs, stop use it. It will keep it potency for 10 days.

3.Capsaicin Cream Recipe

Ingredients:  

–         A glass jar with a tightly fitting lid

–         ½ cup of grated beeswax

–         A cup of grapeseed oil (or jojoba, olive or almond oil)

–         3 tbsp of cayenne powder

Instructions:

Make a mixture between a cup of the oil and 3 tbsp of cayenne pepper and over medium heat, heat in a double boiler for 5-10 min. Mix in a ½ cup of beeswax (grated) and mix until everything is blended together. Place the mixture in a fridge for 10 min and afterwards whisk together. Place it again in the fridge for another 10-15 min, and then whip again before put it in a glass jar and place it the fridge. It will actually keep for 10 days apply every day as needed for pain.
