Increase the consumption of protein by eating organic meat, eggs, quinoa, seeds and nuts. Whole grains, sea salt, seaweed, prunes, leafy greens, potatoes parsley, oranges, carrots, dates, avocados, asparagus and apricots.
Supplements to take
