2 medium green apples
1/2 cup parsley
1/2 cup pineapple
1/2 small beet
1 sprig fresh mint
1/2 medium lemon, peeled

Preparation:
Blend all ingredients in a juicer. You can also combine them in a blender and add water to make a smoothie.
