In this article we present a remedy which is great for the health of the blood vessels and the heart.
1 cup of ginger juice
1 cup of garlic juice
1 cup of lemon juice
1 cup of apple cider vinegar
Mix all these liquids in a pot and put the pot on low fire. Cook until two thirds of the mixture evaporate. When the rest of the mixture is cooled down, add 3 cups of honey and stir. Put this remedy in a glass jar and keep it in the fridge.
Way of consuming:
Take one tablespoon of the remedy every morning before breakfast.
