- 1 l of water;
- 100 gr of prunes.
Method of preparation: place the prunes in the container and add the water. Place it in the fridge and let it stay for 1 week. Place the mixture into a blender, mix them well and consume one cup of it each morning before breakfast for a few days. Store the remedy into a fridge.
