Lemons are well known for their health benefits. In fact, probably you have heard and read about the benefits of drinking hot lemonade in the morning when you get out of bed.It is really worth to consume lemon daily, which is considered one of the oldest cultivated plants in the world.

The lemon rind has strong antiseptic properties, and the leaves of the lemon tree can be used to reduce fever.
How lemon can help to relieve pain?
You may not know this, but lemon may help to reduce joint pain.
The lemon peel is rich in essential oils that have positive effect on the blood vessels and possess anti-inflammatory properties that make them great for neutralizing the nerve pain.
These are the two most effective ways that can be used for this purpose:
- Grate the peel, but be careful because is required only the yellow layer and not the white. Apply the grated peel on the sore spot, fix a bandage and leave on for two hours before removing the covering.
- Peel two lemon peel and place them in a glass jar. Pour them with olive oil and let it stand for two weeks.
This oil is then ready for use: moisten gauze with this oil, fix a bandage and leave to act overnight.
