Hiccups are always disturbing during office meetings, partying or movies. This annoying situation is a “hic” sound that comes after each contraction when the vocal closes. Hiccups tend to goes away by their own, but it troubles you when it stays with you longer time. However, there are no natural products for hiccups, but some natural remedies proven best when used on hiccups.

# 1 – BREATHING:

Most efficient remedy if used properly, breath into paper bag, hold the opening and breath faster than usually do. Repeat this steps 10 times. Another remedy you can try is, holding you’re breath for 10 seconds and releasing it slowly. Do it 5-10
times.

# 2 – SWEET AND SOUR:

A teaspoon of sugar
A teaspoon of vinegar
These are the ancient remedies, that just works well, but does not work if you have excessive hiccups like I use to suffer.
My hiccups do not stop once started and maximum time is 3 and half day. And I was literally mad doing hiccups.

# 3 – WATER:

Sometimes, drinking water in a normal way goes away you’re hiccups but for effective results you could hold you’re breath and
drink full glass of water.

# 4 – PLUG YOUR EARS:

Stick you’re fingers in your ears more than 20 seconds. To be frank, I did not tried this yet but heard a lot about it. Sure, I am gonna try it next i get hiccups. You can also have a try on it.

# 5 – TASTE HONEY:

Having a teaspoon of honey can help you get rid od hiccups, Works like magic.

# 6 – DRINK COLD MILK:

Take a glass of milk and keep it in freezer for some time. After few minutes, drink a cold milk and see the magic that helps you get rid of hiccups
