Make this breakfast in the evening and eat it the next morning.
Place the plums in a bowl and pour them with 100 milliliters boiling water. Then, cover it and leave it for 10 minutes. In other bowl, mix the other ingredients and stir well so the ingredients can blend.
After the 10 minutes, remove the water from the plums. Chop the plums nicely and add them to the mixture. Blend everything so you can get puree. Put the mixture in a fridge.
Eat it the next morning and if you consume it on a regular basis you will start to feel its health benefits in only few days. Do not worry if you feel strange in your stomach on the 1st day because it is normal and it will soon disappear.
