  • Arthritis

You can combine apple cider vinegar with honey for treating arthritis. You can also apply this mixture externally to painful joints. You can drink a glass of water with 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar and 2 teaspoons of honey three times a day. The affected place can be soaked in a solution of apple cider vinegar for ten minutes two or three times a day. Arthritic knees can be attended to by making a poultice – soak the cloth in a mixture of cider vinegar and water, wring out and wrap it around the joint, then secure with a dry cloth to retain heat. When the wet cloth cools, it should be wrung out in the hot solution and applied a fresh. You should repeat this procedure twice daily.

  • Asthma

One tablespoon of cider vinegar added to a glass of water should be taken in sips for half an hour. After another half hour you need to repeat the treatment. Deep breathing exercises can be also a very beneficial treatment.

  • Blood loss

When someone has a nose bleed without any apparent reason, two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water three times per day will aid in restoring the natural clotting properties of the blood.

  • Tired and sore eyes

Mixture of 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar and honey put in a glass of water will retards the onset of the tired and sore eyes.

  • Eczema

Consume the usual dosage of apple cider vinegar and honey with water 3 times a day with your meals. You can apply diluted apple cider vinegar to the skin for couple of times a day. There is usually a potassium deficiency in those people suffering from eczema.

  • Fatigue

You should make a mixture of 3 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar to a cup of honey and take that before you go to bed. It will induce sound sleep within 1 hour. If, you have been unable to sleep within this period then repeat the dosage.

  • Hemorrhages

When a person who regularly drinks cider vinegar cuts himself, the wound will dry up almost instantaneously, as there will be no profuse bleeding. If the wounds do not heal quickly, then you should take 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar mixed with half or a whole glass of water at mealtimes.
