All of us have felt pain in the joints, mostly in the elbows, knees or shoulders, at least once in our lives. It usually occurs to adults due to the aging process, but can also happen to people of younger ages. Pain in the joints can be caused by trauma, fractures, heavy lifting, arthritis, rheumatism and so on. It can even occur while you are sleeping.
If you are suffering from pain in the joints, try the remedy presented below in order to reduce it. This homemade recipe originates from certain Old Russian medical books and was proved to be amazingly beneficial. It is based on simple ingredients which can be found in every kitchen.
- Baking soda
- Hot mustard
- Sea salt
How to prepare:
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and stir until they combine properly. Make sure you use a plastic, wooden or ceramic spoon while preparing the solution. Store it in a plastic container and your remedy is done.
Apply the mixture on the painful area. Cover it with a plastic bag and wrap it with a woolen cloth or a scarf. Be careful not to tie it so tight. Let it act for 1-2 hours. It is recommended to do the treatment before going to bed because while sleeping, you don’t move your joints and they can recover faster and easier. The following morning, wash the area with cold water.
