Why is pain – emotional – said to be a good thing ?

-When you connect with someone, that’s when you are sharing your pain. You connect with people. We dive deeper into relationships and we take our relationship to a new level – when we get to the core of who we are, and at that core, is our resilience.

-Our pain shows our strengths and weaknesses. If we are feeling anger during an argument it is showing us that we may need to strengthen our communication skills or self-respect.

-When we go through pain, we come face to face with the fear-based thought behind it. The better we get at moving emotional pain through our beings and out, the more immune we become to the fears within us.
