- 200 ml of water
Instructions how to prepare it:
The preparation is really simple and you can prepare it quickly. Just put the mint in 200 ml of boiled water and let it stand still for about 5 minutes. After this strain the mixture and add the all the rest ingredients (lemon juice, ginger and honey) and mix well.
Drink this remedy bit by bit before sleeping.
