Homemade recipe: Infusion to burn abdominal fat located

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder.
  • 250 ml of water.
  • ½ lemon or apple cider vinegar (use 1, preferably lemon).
  • 2 tablespoons of natural honey.

Directions:

An  appropriate cinnamon to use  is the cinnamon, but can also be made with cinnamon or splinter branch.
