1. Grate the lemon peel but be cautious to use the yellow layer only and don’t include the white. Apply the peel straight on the affected area of the body, then wrap using a bandage. Let it stay like that for about 2 hours.
2. In one empty jar, put the skin of 2 whole lemons in it, and then fill up with an extra virgin olive oil. Close the jar and let it stay at least 2 weeks. Before going to bed apply the oil straight onto the affected area and wrap with gauze. Remove it the next morning.
