This 7 stretches will help in relieving your back pain in only 7 minutes.
- The hamstring floor stretch

Hold each legfor around 30 seconds twice.
- Knee to chest stretch

This helps relax and strengthen your glutes. Hold each leg for around 20 seconds twice.
- Spinal stretch

This is the best stretch if you suffer from sciatica. Hold for about 20 seconds and repeat on the other knee. Do this stretch as many times as you like just don’t overdo it.
- The piriformis stretch

Hold for about 30 seconds then repeat with the other leg.
- The hip flexors stretch

Hold for 30 seconds. Afterwards switch and repeat.
- The quadriceps lying down stretch

Hold for around 30 seconds on each side. Do this twiceon each side.
