A New 7-Days Lemon Diet Will Detox And Burn Fat

DAY 1: one glass of warm water. Add some lemon pieces inside and leave it several minutes. Drink it, and repeat it in the afternoon half an hour before lunch.

DAY 2: 1 glass lemon juice in the morning and afternoon, plus one due the day. You need to consume 2-3 l water daily. Also for better taste, you may add some fruit inside.

DAY 3: repeat the procedure with the lemon water on an empty stomach in the morning and consume warm lemon water due the lunch.
