Losing weight is very hard, while gaining it is an easy process. One needs to work hard in order to remove excess fat. A common issue among those with extra weight is getting tired easily. Luckily, we came across an exercise which will help you lose your inner thigh fat in only one week. This is what you have to do.
- Stand straight, letting your hands fall freely on both sides.
- Next, move your left leg to the left side, keeping the right one in the same place, and bend downwards.
- Then, you should move up and repeat the same step with the right leg.
- You must remember to keep your hands in a boxing like position.
- Continue this movement without resting on your legs.
The exercise will pressure your lower body, resulting in inner thigh fat elimination.
