300 ml of kefir (or low-fat yogurt);(Dahi)
2 tablespoons of oat flakes;(जई का आटा)
1 teaspoon minced flaxseed;(अलसी)
1 teaspoon cocoa powder;
5-7 prunes.(सूखा आलूबुखारा)

Pour the prunes in a bowl with 100 ml of boiled water. Cover them and let them stand for 5 to 10 minutes. In another bowl, put the oats, minced flaxseed and cocoa. Then add kefir and mix well. Remove the prunes from the bowl with the water, chop them into small pieces and add them to the bowl with the mixture. Again, mix and place the bowl in the refrigerator.
