Kulfi is a popular Indian dessert made by slow cooking milk until it reaches the desired consistency which are then sweetened and flavored to taste.
2 Ripen Mangoes
1 can Condensed Milk
few strands of Safforn
1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
20 Pistachios (broken into pieces)
Puree the Mangoes & keep aside.
In a bowl, mix Condensed Milk, Safforn, Pistachios & Cardamom powder.
Add Mango puree & mix well. Taste for sweetness. Can add 1/4 Sugar if the Mangoes are not too sweet.
Pour the mixture into Kulfi moulds & freeze overnight.
