Use it in your dishes. You can replace sugar with cinnamon by adding a quarter of a teaspoon to every meal. Drink a mixture of honey and cinnamon powder every night before you go to bed.

Boil 200 ml of water. Add ½ a teaspoon of cinnamon powder and leave it to stay like that for 30 minutes until it cools down. Don’t add anything else inside besides the ingredients! Remember that it will only work if you take it at bedtime!
