- Once you inhale stretch the abs and get your stomach on the inside as much as you can, keeping it like that for 10-15 seconds. Finally, exhale, keeping the stomach sunken.
- Breathe a little, but do not relax your stomach. Keep breathing for 10-15 seconds and sink the stomach.
- Exhale and relax your stomach, breathing freely. After this, sink the stomach as much as you can, stretching the abs muscles and pushing the stomach upwards without breathing.
Doing this exercise on regular basis will help you reduce your waist size and make your stomach look flat. Follow the procedure 3-4 weeks.
