Estrogen belongs to a group of hormones that play important part in the increase and development of female reproductive system and sexual characteristics.
It is in charge of the development of breast tissue and uterine lining. Female hormone (Estrogen) prepares the body for ovulation. Having said that, not every estrogen of this group has the same function. A few of them are linked to the elevated risk of developing breast cancer.

They are so called bad estrogens and they are a common problem for women in North America.
The excess estrogen within the body is named Estrogen dominance and it usually happens because of: too much stress, too much caffeine consumption, contraception pills, hormone alternative treatment and xenostrogen from cleaning products, cosmetics and plastics.
Symptoms of estrogen dominance include: uncontrollable increase in pounds, pimples, exhaustion, and frustration, premenstrual symptoms of breast pain and brain fog. This disorder can result in worsening particular health problems like infertility, uterine fibroids, endometriosis, fibrcystic breasts and repeated miscarriages. Additionally, it raises the risk of cancer development.

Estrogen cleansing demands healthy diet which will eliminate the excess estrogen from the liver, and regulation of estrogen cell receptors. The dietary plan will balance your hormones, clear your skin and boost weight loss.
Cruciferous Vegetables
Cruciferous vegetables are vegetables from the family Brassicaceae (also known as Cruciferae), like cauliflower, garden cress, brussels sprouts, cabbage, bok choy, broccoli and similar green leafy vegetables, that contain natural ingredient known as indole-3-carbinol, or I3C. This nutrient is converted into diindolymethane (DIM) who has the ability to get rid of excessive estrogen from the liver. It is strongly recommended that you eat a minimum of 3-4 servings of these vegetables in a week.
Rosemary
Rosemary combined with meats encourages the production of the good estrogen. It is full of antioxidants which may improve memory and thyroid function, boost weight loss, speed up the metabolism and boost energy levels.
