Ginger and Cinnamon Drink – Amazing Cleaner That Flush Out Toxins

Ginger and cinnamon are not the only spices that have a positive effect on your body line, but they sure give the fastest results.

Recipe 1


  • 500 ml water
  • 50 ml yoghurt
  • 3 teabags black tea
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp curry

Heat the water until it boils, then add all the ingredients, except for the yoghurt.

Once the liquid cools completely, strain it and stir in the yoghurt.

  • 170ml milk
