Gur/Jaggery – 100 gm
Lemon – 1
Procedure for preparing Gur Sharbat
Dissolve 100 gms of gur in 2 glasses of water. When gur melts, squeeze lemon juice into it.
Serve with ice cubes.
These ingredients are for 2 glasses of sharbat.
