In case you keep forgetting that you need to drink water, read this:
- Have a bottle of water with you at all times.
- Start drinking a glass of water prior to every meal.
- Drinking ice cold water will make your body burn more calories, since it will try to warm it.
- Add some flavors like cucumbers, limes or lemons if you cannot drink pure water.
- You need to drink 8 glasses of water a day at the minimum.
- You can also drink lemon juice or tea throughout the day.
- You can also hydrate your body by consuming more vegetables and fruits.
