Preparation of ginger drink
- 1 smaller root (10-20gr) of ginger or 1 spoon of ginger powder
- Pour 200 ml of hot water and let it to cool down for a while
- If you want, you can add a spoon of honey or lemon juice
On an empty stomach, use half spoon before meal and the other half during the rest of the day between meals but in small bites only.
This drink is great for speeding up the metabolism, it neutralizes the toxins in our bodies and it helps with the digestion of the food too.
Ginger for liver cleansing
For systematic cleansing of the liver especially in the treatment of alcoholism and after the result of chemotherapy it is used ginger.
- First you have to wash the root of the ginger well and chop it together with the skin.
- After that, you can put a grated ginger root in a bowl of dark glass or porcelain.
- Pour 200 ml of brandy and close it and leave it in a warm and dark place for 10 to 14 days.
- It can be diluted with distilled or cold boiled water in the ratio 1:1
You should start with only 10 drops daily, increasing every day with 2 drops more after 15 days. When you get to 40 drops a day, you should continue to drink it for another 15 days with the same dose (40 drops) and then reduce the usage (2 drops per day) in the opposite direction, bringing it to 10 drops a day.
Make a two-week break and then repeat the treatment.
Ginger for immunity
Ginger can help with increasing the immune system and it is great in the season of flu, colds and respiratory infections.
- 400 gr fresh ginger root, chopped and poured with 1l alcohol or good brandy.
- Leave it to cool down 3 to 4 weeks in a warm place and mix it occasionally.
- When the mixture gets yellow, strain it.
1 spoon after breakfast and lunch. Do not use it during and after dinner. You can prepare the ginger with honey, lemon and white garlic. It is effective and healthy equally.
Here is one recipe which “brought” many people to life and we strongly recommend it for you.
- 500 gr honey in a jar of 700-800 ml (not smaller)
- 1 bigger ginger root
- Lemon juice or lemon sliced in pieces
- 3-4 cloves of white garlic
Chop the ginger and squeeze the lemon or slice it in a pieces. Finely chop the garlic then. Put all that in a jar with honey which is half filled because the lemon and the ginger will give juice.
Let it to cool down for one day and after that fill up the jar with some more honey.
If you are sick, you should take 3 soupspoons daily. For prevention and for better immune system you can take 1-2 spoons daily.
