Home Made Mango Ice-cream Recipe

This mango ice cream is so creamy, rich and soft. It was like heaven in my mouth. It has full and real flavor of mango in it.

Milk – 1 cup

Nestle milk maid condensed milk – ½ cup

Milk powder – ½ cup

Sugar – 4 table spoon

Mango puree – 1 cup

Heavy whipping cream – ½ cup


First step, boil milk in a heavy bottomed pan.

Second step, add sugar 4 tablespoon and milk powder ½ cup. Bring to boil stirring continuously reduce the flame and cook for 10-15 minutes stirring from time to time. Cook till the milk is reduced to a third and is thick and creamy.

Third step, when the milk is cooled down mix or blend the mango puree 1 cup, nestle milk maid condensed milk ½ cup and heavy whipping cream ½ cup.Whip the cream lightly into the mixture.

Fourth step, pour into a freezing tray and freeze till half set. Remove and beat with a whisk or electric beater until smooth.Transfer it in a freezer safe blow and freeze it for 6-8 hours.
This homemade mango ice cream is much much better than store bought one. When you make it at home, it has no artificial flavors or colors in it which is really a plus.
