–         1/8 cup of chopped dates
–         1/8 cup of chopped pecans
–         1/8 cup of silvered almonds (raw)
–         ½ cup of raw cacao powder
–         More cinnamon, cacao nibs, coconut flakes are optional


  1. Add the cinnamon and cacao powder to the coconut oil and stir well.
  2. Into a cookie baking sheet spread the mixture (cover with wax paper).
  3. Sprinkle the coconut flakes, cacao nibs, pecans, dates and almonds over the mixture
