Here is one useful remedy for frequent nosebleeds, where no injury is present:
Mix two teaspoons (one teaspoon for children) of apple cider vinegar in half a glass of warm water and drink it. Take it three times a day, with or without meals.
Cayenne
In a glass of warm or hot water put 1/8 – 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper and drink it. It is effective because the cayenne travels through the circulatory system and controls the pressure and helps in quick coagulation. Also, you can apply some cayenne inside the nose, although it may sting.
Goldenseal
A tea from one teaspoon of goldenseal into boiling water is another herbal remedy for this condition. Let it soak for a few minutes and when cold, snuff some into your nostrils. Do it several times during the day to avoid repetition.
Saline solution
Spray a cold saline solution in the nose.
