What we need:

  • Natural ginger (1 inch)
  • Lemons (5 units)
  • Garlic (4-5 cloves)
  • Mineral water (2 liters)

Preparation and use:

Cut the lemons in half without the peel and extract all the juice. Don’t throw them away! Then, peel the garlic cloves and put them in a blender along with the lemon juice. After that, peel and grate the ginger, adding it to the blender. Liquefy these ingredients without water until you get a homogeneous mixture.
