Importance of cow ghee

Ayurveda has indicated the use of cow’s ghee i.e Go-Ghrita, whenever the reference of ghee arises in the treatment. We should eat cow’s ghee at least 2 teaspoons a day
It helps in enhancing memory power
 It is scientifically proven that Ghee is excellent for joint pain
It is very effective in disorders of eye.
