Needed ingredients:
-One grapefruit (ripe, cold from a fridge);
-One tbs. of honey
Preparation:
At first, you should cut the grapefruit in half, and then remove the pulp with a teaspoon. Add the pulp in the blender and add the honey, as well. Then, mix them well, until you get a smooth mixture.
