1/2 cup yellow moong dal/split yellow gram, a pinch of asafoetida/hing, pinch of sugar, 1 and 1/2 tsp green chilli paste, 8 tbsp low-fat paneer/cottage cheese (grated), 4 tbsp coriander/ dhania (finely chopped), 1 tsp chaat masala, 2 and 1/4 tsp oil (for greasing and cooking), salt to taste
