Make tasty and healthy Moong dal and Paneer Chilla at home

How to make
First, soak yellow moong dal for 3-4 hours in water. Then strain the water. Blend it in mixer by adding little water till it gets smooth. Now transfer the ground dal to a bowl. Add salt, asafoetida, sugar and green chilli paste and mix well. Heat 1/4 tsp of oil in a non-stick tava and pour a ladleful of the batter and spread it evenly to make a thin circle. Now make a mixture of low fat paneer, coriander and chaat masala. Slightly cook chilla from both the sides using oil on medium flame. Now spread two tbsp of paneer mixture on one side of chilla. Using 1/2 tsp of oil cook them well till they turn golden brown in colour from both the sides. Repeat this process for the remaining chillas. Serve immediately the tasty and healthy chilla.
