In this article we are about to present natural recipe for kidney cleansing.

Natural Recipe For Kidney Cleansing

Ingredients needed:

– A handful of parsley(अजवायन पत्तियां) or coriander leaves (हरा धनिया)

– Water

Method of preparation:

Chop the parsley or coriander in large pieces, place them in a bowl and pour the water over them (so it only covers the leaves). Put the bowl you are using on fire and let it boil for around 10 minutes. Remove it away from the fire and leave to cool (while covered). Strain the resulting mixture and once it cools, place it in the refrigerator. Drink it cold, one cup a day.

You can also make a tea. You just need to let the mixture stand still, covered, for half an hour.

With regular consumption during several days, you will notice that your urine is changed. This change is due to the body ejecting amassed poison from kidneys.

Also, you have to be careful if you suspect you have kidney stones. This parsley tea will “shake” the stones, which means you may need to visit a doctor. Besides drinking parsley tea, you should also remember to enter plenty of fluids during the day for maintaining proper functioning of the kidneys.

Besides parsley, apples, lemons and watermelon are all good kidney cleansers. Olive oil, on the other hand, is claimed to contribute in the process of ejecting kidney stones.

Besides this drink being completely safe natural remedy, make sure to avoid it during pregnancy.

It is recommended to drink this tea twice a month as part of regular detoxification. Parsley tea’s another great health benefit is relieving menstrual pains and cramps.
