Guide to seven days

First day:Lemon water in a glass of water without sugar in the morning.

Second day: Juice of lemon juice in the morning and evening.

Third day: You should drink the juice of three lemons, one in the morning, in the noon and in the night.

Fourth day: Squeeze four lemons and pour the juice in 0.2 gallons of water. Mix the juice and drink it during the day.

Fifth day: Three lemons where you will drink the lemon water in the morning, noon and in the night.

Sixth day: One lemon in the morning and in the evening.

Seventh day: A lemon in the morning.

It is not harmful if you consume more than this amount during the day.
