
Here are three turmeric face mask, so choose the one that suits you best, depending on your skin type:
1. Normal to combined skin; Hiperpigmeptation
Ingredients:
½ tsp turmeric
1 tsp yoghurt
a few drops of lemon juice
Preparation:
Combine the ingredients and apply the mask on clean face. Leave it on for 30 minutes, then rinse it off. Use a spatula for easier application. Do not worry, soap and water will help you remove any yellow spots.
2. Oily and problematic skin
Ingredients:
½ tsp turmeric
½ tsp dark honey
a few drops of aloe vera gel
1 tbsp whey or yoghurt
Preparation:
Combine all the ingredients and apply the mask on a clean face. Leave it on for 30 minutes and rinse.
3. Dry and mature skin
Ingredients:
½ tsp turmeric
1 tsp yoghurt
½ tsp oil of your choice (argan, coconut, olive…)
Preparation:
Combine all the ingredients. Apply the mask on your face and leave it on for 30 minutes. Rinse well.
If you left with some more of the mask, keep it in the fridge.
Use turmeric mask twice a week, and if you deal with skin problems or hiperpigmentation, you can use it more often. Dairy products serve to rinse off yellow color more easily. Use warm water, tonic or hydrating soap.
