Remove Stretch Marks Naturally With All Natural Ingredients!

Stretch marks are visible scars with different color (depending on how old are they) usually appear in the abdominal area, but also can be found over the thighs, upper arms, buttocks and breasts.

The stretch marks can be spread on larger areas of the body. Among the few reasons for appearing stretch marks are: pregnancy, sudden gain or loss in weight, heredity factors, stress and changes in physical conditions.

  1. Sugar              

Homemade remedy for removing stretch marks consisted only of sugar and few drops of lemon juice. The sugar as natural ingredient has the property as exfoliation agent for your skin.

Mix a tablespoon of raw sugar with some almond oil and a few drops of lemon juice.   Mix it well and apply it on the stretch marks and other skin areas. Gently rub the mixture on the skin for at least 10 minutes every day before taking a shower. Do this for a month or so and watch your stretch marks become lighter.

  1. Potato Juice      

Potato has lots of vitamins and minerals which encourage growth and restoration of skin cells. Cut a medium-sized potato into thick slices. Take one of the potato pieces and rub it gently on the stretch marks for a few minutes. Make sure the liquid from the potato covers the affected area. Allow the potato juice to dry for some time and then wash it off with lukewarm water.

  1. Aloe Vera        

This plant has many healing properties, and as well is effective in many skin conditions. Removing stretch marks is one of those conditions. Treatment with aloe vera can have soothing properties and there are few ways of application.

  • Rubbing directly on the affected skin area for few minutes and then rinsing with lukewarm water.
  • Another rubbing mixture combined of on-fourth cup of aloe vera gel, 10 vitamin E capsules of oil, and oil from vitamin A capsules. This process is repeating on daily basis. Rub until the skin fully absorbed..


Hydration of the body is essential for the health and the skin condition as well. Well-hydrated skin results in regular detoxification of skin pores and restores elasticity, which will help a lot in getting rid of stretch marks. Try to drink one to two glasses of water several times during a day. Experts say a minimum of 10 glasses of water per day is the best way to keep the body hydrated.

Extra tip: avoid: coffee, soda or tea because they can cause dehydration.

  1. Lemon juice                   

We have mentioned before in the combination with sugar. Also there is another way! Using Rub fresh lemon juice gently onto the stretch marks using circular motions. Allow the lemon juice to soak into your skin for at least 10 minutes before rinsing it off with warm water. Another option is to mix equal quantities of cucumber juice and lemon juice and apply the mixture on the stretch marks. Lemon juice you will help in healing and reducing stretch marks, skin injuries and other scars.

  1. Olive oil                        

The lots of nutrients and antioxidants consisted in olive oil help in treating variety of skin conditions and also stretch marks.

Massage slightly warm pure olive oil into the affected skin area. This will improve the blood circulation and reduce the stretch marks to a great extent. Leave it for half an hour so that the vitamins A, D and E present in the oil are absorbed by the skin
