Speed Up Your Hair Growth In A week With This Treatment!

If you’ve been reading all the healthy and holistic trends – and I know you have – you know how hot coconut oil is right now. With a wealth of health benefits, coconuts help everything from digestion to skin care. Including the skin on top of your head.

Your scalp puts up with a lot: brushing, scratching, sun exposure, shampooing, conditioning – but how do you condition your scalp properly? Your routine shouldn’t be complete without treating your scalp to a little coconut concoction I’ve come across.

How to speed up hair growth at home

Coconut oil relieves tight, dry, and flaky skin, removes dandruff and product buildup (gels, sprays, shampoos, etc…) in addition to stimulating your scalp so your hair grows longer and stronger. So grab your natural scalp treatment brush, your application brush (or cotton balls) and the ingredients in this list.

Natural, Effective Scalp Treatment

Ingredients

• 4 tbsp softened organic Coconut Oil

• 2-4 drops of Tea Tree Oil

• 3-4 drops of Rosemary Oil

Method:

Now mix all your ingredients together and apply. Start with dry hair. Place the brush on your scalp, rotate it across the scalp while pressing down and pull off in the end. Repeat across the scalp, parting your hair where necessary. This gets rid of dry skin and promotes blood circulation. Don’t press so hard that it hurts – it should be like a nice massage.

Center part your hair and apply the oil mixture to your scalp with the application brush or cotton balls. Work down the sides of your head in one-inch sections, then do the back of your head. Make sure you cover your entire scalp.

Now give your scalp a good massage. Leave the treatment on for about 20 minutes; you can wrap your hair in plastic wrap in order to seal in the moisture and keep it from dripping!

Remove the wrap and finish it off with a good shampoo and conditioner.
