You will need:

– 250 ml. / 1 cup of water
– 7 gr. of cinnamon
– 2 cups of sliced pineapple
– 1 cup oatmeal (instant)
– 1 cup of orange juice
– 40 gr. almonds (crushed)
– 40 gr. of honey

Directions:

First of all you need to cook the oatmeal. Then juice the pineapple slices. In a food processor or a blender add the cinnamon, honey, almonds, and orange juice. Blend and while blending add the oatmeal and the pineapple juice.
Blend until you reach the desired consistency, add a little bit of ice and blend once again.
