The 28-Day Planking Challenge You Must Try!

You can transform your body in only 4 minutes per day.  In this post we are going to present you the exercise which will take you less than 4 minutes. You will look good and you won’t even put your leg into the gym.

The exercise is called 28 day Plank Challenge. It is made for your t train your body to have the power to slow progression which will lead to huge results.

This challenge has duration of a month, to be more precise 4 weeks.  You need to learn the position very well, because if you don’t have the proper position you will not get the results. Your elbows should be under the shoulders in order to distribute the weight properly. The spine should be entirely straight, to avoid unnecessary pressure on the back and neck. You should target the core and tighten it. The legs are spread a bit, and you should add no pressure to the hips.
