Our bones are the foundation of our physical bodies, but even so, they’re still somewhat fragile and absolutely breakable. Not only that, but as we age, they are subject to wear and, in the case of osteoporosis, exceptional weakness. Fortunately, there are foods we can eat to prevent breaks and osteoporosis.
1. Sesame seeds and yogurt.
It’s an interesting combination but it’s absolutely excellent for keeping your bones strong. The two together gives you an infusion of ncalcium, manganese, magnesium, selenium, and copper. It’s best eaten in the morning on an empty stomach.
2. Very ripe bananas.
Another unlikely but powerful food for strong bones. Very ripe bananas are loaded with tons of healthy minerals like calcium, potassium, manganese, and folic acid. They help maintain bone density. You can chop them up and dehydrate them for a sweet, delicious snack any time.
